Welcome to The Weekend Bakery, specialising in squidgy brownies, chewy blondies, melty soft-baked cookies, pretty cupcakes and buttercream celebration cakes.
I only use the best ingredients – organic flour, eggs and dairy, fair trade chocolate and sugar, and natural colours and flavours. My packaging is recyclable or reusable but, importantly, still pretty!

About Me
Hi, I’m Becky – lifelong lover of cake and (almost) lifelong baker of them too. Growing up, I learned to bake by watching my Mum make biscuits, brownies, fairy cakes, birthday cakes and more, and being allowed to help with the mixing, the icing, and, of course, licking the bowl!
This early introduction to the wonders of combining butter and sugar led to my passion for creating sweet treats in my kitchen at home in Harrogate, North Yorkshire. Back when I had a ‘proper job’ I used to bake every weekend – hence the name of this new venture, The Weekend Bakery.
